Anastasiia Goncharova
CEO | Co-founder
Our co-founder Anastasiia Goncharova built her career between the worlds of fashion and the music industry. After graduating Istituto Marangoni with a degree in fashion, Anastasiia made a name for herself working as a brand manager and event producer in Milan, even building Italian brand Garachinskiy from the ground up. For the last five years, she’s worked alongside fashion start-ups as a marketing and brand management strategist. In the music industry, Anastasiia works as a producer, sound designer and DJ under the monikers HOTSPOT and 777Hotspot.
Egor Negin
Executive producer | Co-founder
A renowned cultural journalist, television and event producer with decades of experience, our co-founder Egor Negin has become known for adding a creative, technology-focused edge to large-scale events. His portfolio includes producing both film and music award shows for MTV, hosting the 2014 Olympic torch relay in Sochi, and organizing the international electronic music festival Alfa Future People. Egor has worked on festival brand experiences for Samsung, Bacardi, and Coca-Cola, and also tours as electronic music DJ HumanEgo.

Danil Makhov is an experienced event manager with more than 10 years business practice. The portfolio with his participation includes both large government events and international music events: Alfa Future People, Urban Dreams by Rise Entertainment, Bosco Fresh Fest by Aesthetic Joys etc. His individual competencies and additional education in the field of Business Administration allow him to build effective collaboration with big key customers and top world artists.
